You… are passionate, motivated, driven and reliable. You are creative, positive and friendly. You are able to work cohesively as part of a team and have a desire to learn and develop your skills. You are a competent leader with a proven track record of delivering fantastic guest experiences.

Experience… you will ideally have prior experience as a Night Duty Manager or similar role or be ready for the next step in your current role, in a hotel/apart-hotel/serviced apartments or similar customer service environment, with direct managerial experience over front of house and reception teams.

Responsibilities… will include the following:
• Manage all aspects of the front office during the night to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life
• Lead the way in delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life
• Complete all aspects of the night duty procedure in line with operational guidelines
• Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships that drive continuous improvements in guest satisfaction
• Act as a central communications point during emergency/crisis situations; develop and maintain relationships with local fire, police and emergency personnel
• Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information related to the expected arrival and departure of VIP’s and other key guests or other special guest needs
• Perform other duties as assigned, including deputising the night for the General Manager and Front Office Manager.
