We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Front Office Team as Receptionist during the Night Shift. If you have passion for customer service, we want you in our team!

The candidate will show a good English manner, management skills and provide a high standard of service, good communication skills. High level of motivation, happy to be part of Novotel team.

Essential and optional requirements

You must ensure a smooth operation at Reception, contribute in achieving the highest possible Revenue figures, to motivate colleagues to the highest standards possible. Ensure guests receive the highest level of customer service.

You will work together with the Reception Supervisor to reach all duties and objectives.

Brief summary of tasks:
 -Check daily recommendations according to groups, arrivals, departures and special issues
 -Liase with Reservations regarding arrivals, overbooking, groups, and special issues
 -Organise VIP welcome when necessary
 -Get updated on each shift’s handover
 -Ensure a high quality on the daily basis work (City Ledger, Check-in, Check-out and other daily operations)
 -Make sure you provide excellent service to guests
 -Ensure hotel security and cleanliness of the public areas
 -Assist Shift Leaders in any other duties that may be required to fulfil our objectives
 -Assist the client with their luggage,
-Keep luggage room both tidy and clean at any time
 -Help clients get a taxi
 -Welcome VIPs to their rooms when necessary
 -Maintain any displays (leaflets, magazines, newspapers) tidy and filled
