As Night Auditor you’ll need to handle hotel operations overnight to give a great first and last impression making sure that our customers have everything they need to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. As Night Auditor, you will supervise the hotel overnight with special attention to safety and security. Operations will include the Reception Desk, Bar and Restaurant service and Breakfast preparation. Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Prepare the food for the breakfast service cooked to a good quality standard.

What you'll need
To be able to work night shifts between 11pm and 7am, and day shifts which will include weekends and bank holidays
To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
Understand customer service by heart.

Good standard of numeracy, literacy
