Key tasks

YOUR MISSION

* To provide a friendly welcome and excellent service over the phone and on the guests arrival to the hotel;
* To carry out all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart
* To supervise the hotel overnight with special attention to safety and security;
* To help encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly personalised relationship and by ensuring that the Le Club standard are followed
* Ensuring an accurate night audit is completed at the end of day;

What you'll need
To be able to work night shifts between 10pm and 8am, which will include weekends and bank holidays
To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
To enjoy the buzz of being busy
To be smart and well-presented
Previous experience in a hotel Reception / Nights role will be an advantage
Excellent standard of numeracy, literacy
Excellent operational knowledge and experience of IT Front Office System
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent level of spoken and written English
