Job description
Key tasks
Welcomes guests who arrive late and takes care of them until their departure
Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures
Is responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty and will act as a Duty Manager
Helps the department meet its quantitative and qualitative targets by ensuring the hotel fills as much as possible
Ensures of the reliability of reservations
Ensures the safety of property and people
Serving Drinks at the Bar and Snacks
