Ibis Styles Edinburgh is extremely attentive to the team's well-being, therefore we need to protect the unique special atmosphere we cultured during these five years.

We only need you to be passionate, kind, honest, sparkly, a good communicator, welcoming and, most of all, heartist with both guests and your colleagues!
We can teach you everything else ... however, being reliable and liking a bit of math could help as we will need you to:

'• Provide a warm and personal welcome for all guests who arrive at night
• Anticipate guests' needs and takes them into consideration also following up any customer requests (wake-up calls, taxi, breakfast room service etc)
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service
• Be responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty
• Ensure the safety of property and people (night patrols etc)
• Apply the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)
• Respect procedures governing invoicing and cash operations
• Be responsible for the reception's cash holdings
