Is Guest Service your passion? Do you adjust well with night work? If yes, then why don't you to join our Night Reception Team!

Where is that ? At Novotel London Tower Bridge.

We are nearly perfect, our team only needs a brilliant Night Auditor with an insatiable appetite for providing a memorable experience for our guests.
You have previous experience in hotel reception day or night, if you know FOLS system it's perfect but don't worry if you bring the right attitude and personality we will teach you the technical !

Are you a natural when it comes to...

- ensuring all our guests have a comfortable, calm and safe night stay when with us.
- being the point of contact of our guests at night time and answer their requests.
- taking the initiative and thinking outside the box, be pro-active, offer services and solutions to improve their stay
- being responsible, autonomous, and always thinking on your feet with a smile
