PROFILE / PERSONALITY
• Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests
• Offer an attentive and personalized service
• Heed any comments made by guests and ensure follow-up
• Convey the image of the brand and the hotel

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES / MISSION
• This is a multi-talented role incorporating both Front Office and Food&Beverage departments in line with the brand DNA.
• You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
• Welcome guests and fosters loyalty through a friendly manner
• Handle and resolve any guest complaints
• Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay
• Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
