Job description
Key tasks
The role would involve assisting with the handling of reservations, group bookings, conferences, weddings etc. You would be involved on a day to day basis with showrounds,, meeting & greet weddings, social events and conferences ensuring the smooth running . Also taking reservations for both corporate, leisure bookings and group bookings ensure correct information is relayed to the guests and confirmations issued. Showrounds of bedrooms . Working hours would vary and would involve early mornings, some evenings , weekends and bank holidays.
