Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate meetings and events that support our organization's objectives and enhance our professional relationships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event experiences from conception through completion. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Plan and coordinate corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, and events of varying sizes and complexity
· Manage all logistical aspects of events, including food and drinks package selection, booking details, and on-site coordination
· Maintain and update meeting calendars and schedules for key stakeholders and departments
· Communicate with attendees, speakers, vendors, and service providers to confirm details and address requirements
· Prepare and manage event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices and payments
· Arrange audio/visual equipment, technology setup, and technical support for meetings and events
· Develop and distribute event agendas, materials, and post-event documentation
· Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare summary reports with recommendations for improvement
· Handle administrative tasks including registration, confirmations, and attendee communications
Qualifications
· Experience in similar role is preferred
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges professionally
· Must have the Right to Work in the UK
