Key tasks

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Meeting & Events Sales Team at the Mercure Exeter Rougemont Hotel - which has the largest M&E space of any city centre location.

The Hotel has recently become part of the Mercure family and have undergone a refurbishment programme revitalising our Hotel in the process. We are looking for a team member who has a CAN DO attitude and who can work with our Sales team to drive Meeting & Events sales at the Hotel - whether it be for a christening, small boardroom function, large Day Delegate function for 300 people or a Christmas party for 500 people - you will have the neccessary skills to handle the booking process from start to finish, ensuring that we go the extra mile in terms of looking after the guests and hitting our sales targets.
