This role is working with Accor Plus, which is the Loyalty Membership arm of the Accor business. Our purpose is to promote the Accor Plus Loyalty membership, to help grow the customer base of our hotels.
With over 30 years of operation at Accor Plus & a growing team of over 600 employees, we service a community of over 402,000 Accor Plus Loyalty Program members across Asia Pacific.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive for Accor Plus in Vietnam and the Philippines is responsible for growing the brand equity of Accor Plus and thus increase member engagement, activation and the member base. This will be achieved by leveraging the Accor Plus platforms, providing marketing and communications expertise and support across departments and channels and creating engaging and market relevant content and experiences.
Fundamental to the success of this role is working hand in hand with the Accor Loyalty Marketing leaders in the region and the hotels. More specifically, you will:
· Collaborate with marketing colleagues to create and execute a 360 marketing and communications plan to increase member acquisition, activation and retention
· Manage marketing & promotional collateral development across the region
· Responsible for managing the Vietnam and the Philippines based content on accorplus.com and our social media channels
· E-mailing and SMS campaign creation and management aligned with the member journey and CRM strategy (Salesforce)
· Facilitate the marketing and communication of exclusive member events and experiences to
the Vietnam and Philippines members, to help excite and retain existing Accor Plus members
About You
You will be a Marketing professional who has a passion for all things travel, experiences & lifestyle . To be successful in this role, you must:
· At least 2 years experience in a Marketing Role
· Previous experiences using CMS (Word Press ideally) and Managing Social Media channels
· Exposure to Salesforce CRM
