Job description

Key tasks

Execute all communications and branding concept and strategies both within the hotel and externally in order to maximize hotels brand awareness in line with the positioning within the target market that includes.
Develop and implement the advertising budget for both local and international markets.
Plan, direct, control, coordinate and participate in all markets/data analysis and social media activities.
Oversee and implement retention strategies using email, newsletters, and social online media to increase the customer’s frequency as part of an overall strategy to develop direct bookings to the hotel via the brand website
Plan, manage and execute Paid search and Paid Digital Media campaigns , including but not limited to account set up , strategy development, organization and optimization.

Essential and optional requirements

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other relevant fields with Marketing professional qualifications
A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar capacity in a 5-stars international hotel /resort Department.
Possess excellent communication and customer relation skills .
Good organizer, ability to prioritize workload & work within tight deadlines
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
