Job Description

 

 

Customer relations

 

·  Is service minded
·  Actively contributes to guests' comfort

 

Professional techniques / Production

• Carries out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems                                                                                                                

• Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations

• Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager

• Follows the preventive maintenance programme

• Applies water hygiene procedures

• Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms equipment

• Organise and support the team in order to complete different tasks

• Managing the workshop and monitoring the spare parts stock

• Daily checks on hotel’s BMS to provide best possible comfort for hotel guests

• Log calls and supervise external contractors

 

Team management

·  May be asked to intervene in any area of the hotel
·  Is in contact will all hotel departments
·  Helps optimise energy consumption

 

 

Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment

• Respects Accor's Legionnaires' disease directive

• Ensures respect of the Accor environment charter

• Ensures respect of the sustainable development policy

Salary : £30,338 per annum (£14.96 per hour) 

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK
