Job description

Key tasks

In conjunction with the Maintenance Manager, helps ensure the smooth running of the hotel's technical installations and the upkeep of the hotel facilities.

Main Responsibilities
- Respects guests' privacy and works without disturbing them,
- Actively contributes to guests' comfort,
- Professional techniques / Production
- Carries out multi-skilled repair work as required,
- Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations,
- Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Maintenance Manager,
- Follows the preventive maintenance program,
- Applies water hygiene procedures,
- Complies to Health and Safety Regulations in the workplace

Education / Professional experience
- Vocational certificate or diploma in an engineering discipline.
- 2 years of experience in a similar field,
- Practical and theoretical skills in one of the related areas: plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning and refrigeration.
