Key tasks
Carry out preventive, remedial and corrective maintenance in the hotel.Assist with monthly checks on the hotel's technical installations and any health and safety requirements. Advise management on the necessity for calling in a specialist contractors for certain tasks. Overall to ensure the entire hotel both public areas, bedrooms and conference facilities are maintained to a high working standard.
