LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?

Pullman Auckland is looking for passionate leader to join the team as the Kitchen Stewarding Team Leader. You will enjoy guiding a team of 10 to achieve the highest hygiene standard across the kitchen outlets.

PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead by example, ensuring all kitchen outlets are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations.
Create the roster for the stewarding team, developing talent via training and appraisals
Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests/team members, making all experiences positive.
Ensure garbage is collected and disposed of correctly from all kitchen areas each shift.
Assist with the stores and keeping the loading bay area tidy
Collaborating with chefs and assisting chefs with preparation when needed

Essential and optional requirements

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
Flexibility to work 5 days a week on a rotating roster across 7-day shift pattern
A team player who enjoys working in a busy team
Having a basic food handling certificate
