PURPOSE OF POSITION

职位目的

 

Responsible to enforce the hotel’s commitment to ensure the safety and protection of children while in the hotel’s care. Ensure the safe and nurturing environment for children. Offer the programs that meet the developmental needs of the whole child, social, cultural, emotional, physical, cognitive and affective. Provide activities that complement the culture of Sanya. Recognize and respect the uniqueness of each child. Maintain ongoing communication between staff and parents. Adhere and maintain the high standards of operation, safety, supervision and hygiene. Provide quality of childcare at a convenient location and situation.

在酒店关怀宾客的政策下,负责履行酒店对儿童在儿童乐园的安全和保护的承诺;确保给儿童提供一个安全的成长环境;提供符合儿童、社会、文化、情感、体能和认知需求的活动项目;提供三亚本地的一些活动项目;认可和尊重每一个儿童;保持与同事和家长的沟通;遵循并保持在营运、安全、管理和卫生方面的高标准;在适当的情境下提供高质量的儿童托管服务。

 

 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

l  Signing in and checking the log book. Read necessary information updated

   检查交接本,了解相关更新的信息

l  Maintain the cleanliness in Kids Club of all supplies, equipment and work

   保持儿童乐园所有用品及区域的整洁

l  Compute accurate mathematical calculations.

   拥有数学精确计算的能力

l  Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.

   英语口语和书面都要流利

l  Provide legible communication and instructions to children.

    给儿童提供清晰的沟通方式和指导方法

l  Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

   在工作细节、速度、准确度方面要加以注意

l  Prioritize and organize kids activities

   组织儿童游戏活动

l  Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment

l  Follow directions from operators thoroughly.

l  Running and scheduling the daily kids programs

l  Sign out children of the guests ensuring they are being picked up by the authorized guardian

   送走儿童时要确保是相关监护人带领离开的

l  Complete all necessary paper work before closing

   下班前完成该做的所有纸质工作

l  Prepare special programs and events

   准备有特色的项目活动

l  Ensuring all broken toys or equipments are disposed/reported

   确保所有损坏的玩具和设备得到妥善处理并做出相关报告

l  Providing positive interaction with the children

   给儿童提供积极的相处关系

 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

行政管理职责

l  Effective coverage of kid’s club.

    能高效处理儿童乐园工作

l  Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

     遵循酒店营运程序标准工作手册的要求

l  Maintain accurate records as required by provincial regulations.

    根据当地规定,保持准确的工作记录。

l  Attend weekly/monthly lift guard departmental communication meetings.

    参加每周/月救生部门沟通例会

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

健康和安全

l  Follow and ensure that all Colleagues follow all safety procedures and practices.

    遵循并确保所有同事遵守所有的安全工作程序

l  Adherence to kid’s club department emergency procedures/safety manual.

    遵循儿童乐园部门应急工作程序/安全工作手册

l  Ensure all departments adhere to all safety practices of Raffles Spas.

    确保所有部门遵循莱佛士水疗工作安全的实施条例

 

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

财务职责

l  Maintain the kid’s club in peak condition at all times, while adhering to all aspects of the operations budget, including payroll.

    在酒店规定的预算范围内(包括工资),保持儿童乐园状态良好。

 

COLLEAGUE RELATIONS

同事关系

l  Ensure kid’s club department maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the spa and hotel.

    确保儿童乐园与水疗及酒店所有部门保持积极的关系。

l  Ensure Colleagues have a complete understanding of and adhere to the spa's policy relating to safety.

    确保同事完全理解并遵循酒店安全工作规定之政策。

l  Ensure all Colleagues adhere to all spa standards as stated in the employee handbook.

    确保所有员工遵守员工手册的各项规定。

 

GUEST SERVICE

对客服务

l  Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).

    确保设施设备在运作及清洁方面一直处于良好状态。

l  Ensure Guest/Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the spa's first priority.

    在保证安全及服务的前提下,确保客人/会员满意度。

 

OTHER DUTIES

l  Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

l  College Graduated.

    大专毕业

l  Ability to pleasantly communicate with proper grammar in Mandarin and English.

    能通过正确的语法运用中文和英文和客人进行亲切交流

l  Two years experience in similar position in hospitality industry.

    两年以上酒店业相关经验

l  Knowledge of beach safety and water craft management.

    了解沙滩安全和水上项目管理知识

l  Knowledge of Montessori and childcare techniques.

    了解照顾儿童的基本技巧

l  Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
