Key tasks

• Stellvertretung und Unterstützung des Souschefs und Küchenchefs
• Mitverantwortung für die Koordination und Abwicklung der Arbeitsabläufe in der Küche
• Abwicklung des täglichen Küchengeschäftes
• Bestellwesen, Warenannahme und Warenkontrolle
• Bearbeitung der Eingangsrechnungen
• Durchführen der monatlichen Inventur
• Qualitätssicherung
• Einhaltung und Überprüfung der internen Vorgaben
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Speisenkarten, Buffets & Menüs
• Einhaltung der Sauberkeit sowie HACCP Richtlinien und Sicherheitsstandards
• Aus- und Weiterbildung der Küchenmitarbeiter und Auszubildenden
