Are you an ambitious Senior Demi chef Chef or Junior Sous Chef at a smaller sized Hotel/Restaurant and are you looking to work in a fun, stimulating and engaging environment? Well, then put your knifes down because we would like to hear from you!
You will have the autonomy to lead the kitchen in Chef’s absence and provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including things such as cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
It goes without saying that first-out food rotation system and food hygiene should be on top of your agenda as well as maintaining cooking stations stocked by managing food and product ordering and keeping detailed records.
You will supervise all food preparation and presentation and work with head chef to maintain kitchen organization.
We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative and have a great sense of humor. You enjoy learning yourself whilst developing and teaching the members of your team.
