Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Junior Sous Chef devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests in our fine dining restaurant.
Every memorable dining experience at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts begins behind the scenes with our Culinary team’s commitment to safe, efficient operations and exceptional cuisine. As our Junior Sous Chef, you will work along the Sous Chef and the Head Chef to lead a team of culinary professionals in creating authentic fine dining dishes, beautifully presented for the enjoyment of our guests. Your experience as a Junior Sous Chef in managing various aspects of the kitchen will reflect in positive guest satisfaction and excellent team engagement results.
What we are looking for:
- Relevant luxury hotel experience in a similar role preferable
- High standards of food preparation and a genuine care for delivering exceptional dishes
- A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the Kitchen team members
- Excellent detailed knowledge of kitchen operations
- A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
