Assists in the overall operations of the IT Department.
Set up workstations, install and configure appropriate software.
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel industry preferably in luxury segment.
Strong user knowledge of Windows, Macintosh, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Micros, POS, HRIS.
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
