Human Resources Supervisor

Under the general guidance and supervision of Talent & Culture Manager, the Talent & Culture Officer is in charge of Talent wages, Talent benefits and other personnel issues. Assist Talent & Service Manager in recruitment. He/she will help to promote Talent satisfaction and ensure compliance with local employment labor laws, and maintains the highest level of standards in the luxury environment.

 

Hotel Overview:

Fairmont Wuhan is situated in the newly developed Wuhan Central Business District (CBD), surrounded by banking corporations, top companies and high-end residences.
318 key with state of art design hotel guestrooms, minimum 50sqm.
Approximately 2,500sqm of meeting & banqueting space, Willow Stream Spa, Swimming Pool and Fitness Center.

 

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager , responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

 

Supervises the attendance system maintain in each department.

Process Talent social insurance and housing fund procedure.

Ensure hotel employment contracts are signed in line with hotel policy and government law.

Monitor Talent attendance records, including Talent leave statistic to ensure Talent leave application form, monthly attendance form and monthly Talent overtime and compensation summary form are consistent and correct and prepare respective monthly reports.

Assists in Talent recruitment and screening system.

Prepare and submit periodic personnel reports such as the notices for Talent probation complete, labour contract renew, promotion and monthly Talent leave summary etc.

Follow up Personnel Action Form for Talents.

Prepare and submit periodic Talent attendance related reports.

Monitor and review hotel benefits and compensation and recommend to Talent & Service Manager of the changes as appropriate.

Ensure the salary and wages issue for resignation Talent and manage the resignation Talent personal file.

Counsel Talent salary and wages related questions and other personnel requirement.

Assist with other tasks activities as needed.

Accomplish the entire daily job according the standards & procedures process, and the assigned tasks temporarily.

Qualifications:

·  Previous experience is an asset
·  Skill to communicate and coordinate.
Confidently able to resolve problems.
Skill to Chinese language expression and good to English language expression.
Good logic capability.
Skill to office software.

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

·  Constant standing and walking throughout shift
