Job Description
· Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, or high-end fine dining establishments.
· Strong expertise in French, Italian, and contemporary pastry techniques.
· Demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu development.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
· High standards of quality, presentation, and guest experience.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury environment.
· Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Qualifications
· Advanced pastry and dessert techniques (plated desserts, chocolate work, sugar artistry, breads, viennoiserie).
· Menu design, seasonal concept development, and food cost management.
· Team leadership, training, and performance management.
· Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
· Ability to plan, forecast, and manage inventory and production efficiently.
· Awareness of global pastry trends and luxury culinary experiences.
