Job Description

·  Cleaning and making beds efficiently and to a high standard, as shown in training and demonstration
·  Ensuring our hotel is presented to the highest standard, according to the brand standards
·  Recording on check sheets any maintenance and/or inventory requirements
·  Ensuring all accommodation is ready at the expected time to be checked and ready for the guests’ arrival
·  Conducting guest satisfaction visits as needed
·  Delivering exceptional service to all our guests
·  Keeping our public guest areas clean and looking their best at all times
