PROFILE / PERSONALITY
Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests
Offer an attentive and personalized service
Heed any comments made by guests and ensure follow-up
Convey the image of the brand and the hotel
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES / MISSION
This is a multi-talented role incorporating both Front Office and F&B
You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
Welcome guests and fosters loyalty through a friendly manner
Handle and resolve any guest complaints
Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay
Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
In a collaborative approach, support the Management Team in driving more sales into the Meetings & Events segment by upselling our meeting rooms.
Participate in local networking events together with Management Team cool uniform, hotel and partner discounts worldwide... and the opportunity to work with a great team with the best hotel operator worldwide- Accor Hotels.
