We are looking for a motivated and passionate Team Leader who understands the hospitality business and operations with a true passion in making our guests and team to feel welcome. This will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career in the hospitality.
You will assist the Assistant General Manager in the effective management, administration, planning, organisation, and control of the hotel and its services

General Missions
This is a multi-talented role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage duties in line with the brand DNA.
• You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
• Welcome guests and fosters loyalty through a friendly manner
• Participate in the hotel's organisation and manage the accommodation and Food and Beverage team.
• Handle and resolve any guest complaints
• Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay
• Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
• In a collaborative approach, support the Reservations Team Member and Back Office Experts when needed
• Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the Assistant General Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
