Job Description

Role: Hotel Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Purpose: To sell Accor Plus memberships to leads within the hotel area provided with
professionalism using up to date information and selling techniques provided and resolving member queries.
Key responsibilities:

·  To sell membership to walk in Guest.
·  Create various leads sources to generate sales.
·  Approach each guest using AIDA methodology.
·  Obtain referrals as part of each sales call.
·  Interaction with Regional manager for program related queries.
·  Keep the office inform about the sales closed.
·  Document sales at the end of the call.

Required Knowledge and Experience
● Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. (Preferably from hotel industry)
● Strong verbal and written communications skills
● Networking and relationship Building Competencies
● Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all types of customers
● Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
● Innovative and Consultative skills
● Positive and Enthusiastic
