Job description

Key tasks

● Assist with our guest for any situation they are facing
● Acting as the contact point between guests and contractors to fix any issues that might arrive during a guest's stay
● Assist clients with troubleshooting problems as they arise
● Assist Concierge Team members as needed
● Assist clients and accounting with the facilitation of payments
● Contribute to client relationships during the post-sale / pre-arrival / in-stay stages - via phone, email and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
● Field, service and/or dispatch client messages, concerns or instructions via telephone and/or e-mail to the proper departments as necessary

● Sound judgement and decision-making skills, even under pressure
