Job Description

As our Head Chef, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen operations. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can balance the art of creative menu design with the science of a high-performing kitchen.

Key focuses include:

·  Culinary Excellence: Overseeing all operations to ensure every plate meets our standards of consistency and flair.

Qualifications

·  Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Head Chef, specifically within a fast-paced hotel or high-volume environment.
·  Leadership Presence: The ability to mentor a diverse team and stay calm under the pressure of a busy service.
·  Business Acumen: Strong expertise in menu planning, cost control, and rostering.
·  Passion: A genuine love for hospitality and a commitment to delivering "wow" dining experiences.
·  Understanding of HACCP and food safety compliance.
