Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Guest Service Agent to help us deliver unforgettable experiences. Your role will involve making our guests feel at home from arrival to departure, through thoughtful, personable, and sincere hospitality. You will manage requests with a smile, ensure the accuracy of reservations and accounts, and contribute to maximizing occupancy and revenue. You’ll also handle phone calls efficiently, coordinate transportation and luggage services, recommend local attractions, and assist with portering duties as needed.

Qualifications
· Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
· Strong computer skills, with experience in Opera Cloud being highly beneficial
· Available to work within a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays and nights
