GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced and driven Guest Relations Supervisor with the below competencies to join our team.
• A guest-oriented attitude, putting people at the heart of everything.
• An outgoing, friendly and empathic personality.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
You will be ‘the host’ for our guests prior to arrival, during their stay and after returning home. You will ensure all guest preferences, expectations and special occasions are well prepared and delivered. You find solutions to comments and ensure guests are completely satisfied through excellent cooperation with various departments.
• 2 Years experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Full proficiency in English and German (Russian is a plus).
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work in semi-remote areas.
