The Guest Relations Manager will:
*Welcome all guests into the hotel
*Ensure a fantastic guests journey from start to finish
*Communicate with all departments of the hotel for the guests requests
*Supervise all team members on duty
*Carry out training
*Assist the Assistance Manager and Hotel Manager with the running of the hotel
