Key tasks

The Guest Relations department is responsible ensuring that on all occasions guests are completely satisfied with their stay and that the service they receive meets or exceeds their expectations. The delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests is paramount to every task they complete.

As our new Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for:

•Delivering outstanding customer care at all times
•Management of VIP arrivals to include heads of state, royalty, ambassadors and celebrities
•Overseeing room upgrades in conjunction with the Housekeeping team to include guest amenities, special requests and the management of guest’s personal profiles
•Ensuring all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite, efficient and courteous manner
•Ensuring guest expectations have been met throughout the stay
•Dealing with guest concerns or complaints, to include follow up in person or in writing
•Maintaining all equipment and work areas, including key and cash security
•Processing company loyalty card schemes according to guidelines
•Maintaining a high level of hotel and product knowledge at all times

•Previous high volume hotel experience is preferable
•Previous customer service /guest relations experience is essential
•A smart and professional appearance

•Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
•High standard of written and spoken English
