Job Description

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent to join our team and become the face of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
·  Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
·  Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
·  Coordinate special requests and ensure VIP guests receive outstanding service
·  Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless service
·  Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions
·  Contribute to maintaining high guest satisfaction scores

Qualifications

✅ Requirements:

·  Degree or background in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
·  Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Problem-solving attitude with a guest-first approach
·  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
·  Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
·  Experience with hotel management software (Opera Cloud, Sistem Otel, etc.) is a plus
