Summary of Responsibilities

A Guest Relations Officer, working on rotating shifts, is in charge of creating a positive guest experience upon arrival, departure and staying at the hotel. They make a professional engagement with guests, seek feedback and assist their requests at all times.

Work Experience
  • Minimum experience 1 year in same position
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations. 
  • They must be able to interact confidently with guests in a naturally friendly and engaging manner, work fast as well as deal with complaints patiently in order to turn them into positive experiences.
  • Good Communication and Listening Skills
  • Knowledge in systems such as Rhapsody.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill in English
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
  • Service oriented with an eye for details.
  • Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
  • A team player & builder.
  • A motivator & self-starter.
  • Well-presented and professionally. 
  • To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to speak and write in English and operate common computer applications for the job.
