Job Description

·  Be the go‑to expert for group bookings, allotments, contracts and VIP arrangements
·  Manage rooming lists and coordinate seamless group stays across all three airport hotels
·  Liaise confidently with organisers while supporting FIT reservations when needed
·  Maximise revenue opportunities through smart, accurate group management
·  Deliver polished, high‑level service from first enquiry through to guest arrival
·  Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where detail, organisation and guest experience shine

Qualifications

You will be

·  Experienced in managing multi‑property hotel reservations, including group blocks and rooming lists
·  Skilled in Opera and Opera Cloud, with confidence navigating complex bookings
·  Able to start within 4 weeks and ready to step into an evening‑based role
·  Available for a rotating 7‑day roster, Monday to Sunday
·  A New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available)
·  Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced hotel environment where accuracy and organisation matter
