Job Description

We are looking for an amazing talent to join our team at the Ibis Budget London Whitechapel, our selected individual will work in our Reservations team in managing day to day business within the hotel.

 

Are you interested in a new challenge and want to be involved in rebuilding the

sales within the Hotel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

*Managing Telephone and Email correspondence in a timely and professional manner.

*Ensuring all hotel inventory in relations to group reservations and monitor potential wash of the business.

*Clear communication and guidance is given between hotel team and guest are inline.

*Guest communication and feedback is actively driven efficiently and effectively with a heartist approach.

*Promoting and maintaining a good customer loyalty.

*Supporting Reservations Manager in the sales action planning.

*General Day to day administrative tasks.



Work Experience

*Warm friendly communication skills.

*Efficient time management & organization skills.

*Flexible in working hours as requirement to suit the business needs.

*Experience in similar role but not essential as full training will be provided.
