Key tasks

YOUR MISSION:

*Responsible for the organisation and quality of the room sales service by maximising the occupancy rate and the average rate per room.
*Carry out revenue management; i.e. maximise turnover of the department based on the occupancy rate and the average price of the rooms.
*Ensure your team offers a quality reservation service to all customers.
*Provide a response that matches the needs of the client taking into account the possibilities offered by the various services of the hotel and/or the market.
*Ensure the continued usefulness of the various tools under your responsibility.
*Actively look for new business possibilities and develops sales strategy.
*Apply and ensure the application of pricing policy and the associated procedures.
