Key tasks

• Is responsible for administrative services of in house art work handles promotional flyers, banner, poster and arrangement of functions decoration.
• Provides good communication and coordination with all the supliers in order to make sure good implementation of the functions decoration.
• In charge as representative of the hotel to coordinate with supplier during set up of functions room decoration.
