Job description

Key tasks

Responsible for designing or creating all general artwork for hotel’s promotional needs, included but not limited to collateral & advertising, packaging, online & social media visuals and backdrops.
Become fluent in the Novotel brand standards and able to transform design briefs into brand-appropriate, attractive and creative visuals to support hotel operations.
Take attractive images and videos to promote the hotel
Have a knowledge of Social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, GooglePlus.
Includes additional tasks assigned as needed by DOSM and Marcom Manager.

Strong grasp of Adobe CC (Mainly Photoshop, Illustrator) and understanding of print design & layout.
Strong photography & video-editing skills.
Minimum 1-year experience, though strong fresh graduates welcome.
Strong multi-tasking, time management & communication skills required.
English skills.
Detail-oriented, passionate about design & abreast of the latest trends.
Creativity, ability to think outside the norm, and quick turnaround are key.
