The Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle team has a strong cross-functional role in the Luxury & Lifestyle division, to support the brands, strengthen Accor’s positioning on this market and boost high margin revenue to the L&L hotels.
Job Description
The position is temporary as a maternity leave replacement from Januray 2025 to mid September 2025
#1 Coordinate the team’s Organization:
• Organize the team’s annual seminar and quarterly townhalls
• Coordinate the team’s CoDir organization every 2 weeks
• Participate to the governance, with the L&L brands and coordinate monthly catch up with each brand.
• Pilot the creation of the team’s global presentations and strategic presentations for SVP.
• Support SVP in the preparation of his executive meetings, client’s bios and production
• Coordinate the global budget with each team and manage the central team’s budget
• Support the SVP on team’s administration management
#2 Contribute to the team’s Strategic Projects:
• Organize strategic activation and clients’ events for the SVP such as Roland Garros,
Accor Arena… In collaboration with SVP Assistant.
• Co-pilot the organization Advisory Boards of Luxury Travel agencies, with the Sales
Operations Project Manager
• Support the organization of specific sales actions with high B2B clients’ stakes (Virtuoso
Travel Week, DUCO France, ILTM Cannes, Exclusive fam trips and B2B Events etc.)
Qualifications
• Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Hospitality or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, project management or related fields
• Organizing skills, rigor, and proactivity are necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Qualified in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in the hospitality and/or luxury industry, a plus
• Effective team-player
