Key tasks

eXchange Food & Drink lounge is a new Food & Beverage Retail Outlet located at Novotel Manchester Centre. The outlet enjoys a prime location with a separate entrance directly on a major city centre street and has plenty of potential to continue developing its customer base.

As the General Manager for eXchange Food & Drink Lounge, your mission will include:

- Your ultimate goal is to ensure that customers have an exceptional and memorable experience every time
- Building, Training and Developing a strong team of personable and talented individuals
- Developing the Food & Drink offer, ensuring it is in trend and appealing to both internal and external customers
- Developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan in order to increase our visibility and gain new customers
- Managing all costs linked to the operation for the outlet, ensuring that financial objectives are met

Skills required for the role:

- People person & ability to manage a team
- Passion for food & drink
- Experience in F&B retail
- Experience in social media
- Business acumen and numeracy skills
