Job description

Key tasks

Duties and Responsibilities:

- To prepare Bank Deposits of all cheques and cash and ensure that all cash collections are deposited intact.
- To prepare the General Cashier Daily Report
- To disburse Petty Cash Requests that has been approved by either Financial Controller/ Chief Accountant
- To assist Accounts Payable Supervisor with invoices and purchase orders
- To assist HOD with purchase orders

Essential and optional requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in accounts or front office in hospitality industry
• Independent, self motivated individual with attention to details
• Good communicator and able to liaise with other departments
• Team player with good communication, written and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge in PMS and POS (Micros Point of Sales) would be an added advantage
