Job Description

As our Front Office Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests. Through the use of effective Front Office skills you will lead by example and provide efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction. You must maintain strict security procedures to ensure efficient cash handling, guest confidentiality and both guest and team member safety. You will drive the reception team to meet and exceed daily, monthly and yearly targets and provide support the team with training and coaching.

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 12 months in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment on reception.
·  Minimum 6 months experience in a Team Leader position.
·  Opera Hotel Operating System experience preferred.
·  Excellent attention to detail.
·  Excellent personal grooming and presentation.
·  Motivated to train team members
·  Having the ability to lead, develop and inspire a team to drive results
