Front Office Supervisor
As our Front Office Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

What you will be doing:

·  Supervise Receptionists/Guest Relation, assisting them with issues that may arise and ensuring that all tasks are completed up to Banyan Tree standards
·  Ensure staff have their breaks, according to the number of hours worked
·  Ensure that there is adequate staff coverage in at the Reception at all times 
·  Ensure that the entire Reception area/Lobby is continuously clean and tidy
·  Be fully competent in all reception and cashier duties

Your experience and skills include:

·  Working knowledge of Front Office and cashiering practices
·  Service focused personality is essential

·  Previous experience in a similar leadership role is a must

·  Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
