Key tasks

As a Front Office Shift/Team Leader, you will support the Front Office Manager developing the Reception, Reservations and Administration Teams.

You will assist your Team:
- to offer an excellent quality of service to our guests
- to run smoothly the day to day organisation
- to co-operate on improving our guest satisfaction
- to contribute to the development of the hotel
- to generate positive financial gains

And as ibis is dedicated to the development of its people, you will ensure the training and growth of your Team the same way you will benefit from training and supportive development in order to blossom in your role.

Key attributes:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is a must (Opera or Fols) - Over 18 months minimum
- High standards of customer service and guest orientated
- Great communicator and interpersonal skills
- Calm and well organised even under tight deadlines
- Team player and Leadership with a smile
- Solution finder
- Great accountancy for invoicing and payments
- Role model acting as a bridge between the Front Office Team and the Higher Management

This role is suitable for someone wanting to do his/her first step in Management in the Hospitality industry.
