Do you thrive in a vibrant hospitality environment, where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at Novotel London Canary Wharf.
As a Front Office Duty Manager , y ou’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. You’ll lead the front office team to deliver warm welcomes, efficient check-ins and check-outs, and seamless guest service throughout the day.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is memorable from start to finish.
What You’ll Do

Supervise daily front office operations and ensure a consistently high standard of service.

Support and motivate the reception, and fostering a positive work environment.
·
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
·
Assist with administrative duties, billing, and daily reports.
·
Ensure smooth communication between departments to maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
·
Take responsibility for health, safety, and security procedures during your shift.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a hotel front office or duty management role.
·
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
·
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
·
A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
·
Flexibility to work various daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays.
