Are your some one who is always prepared to deliver an extraordinary service? The Novotel Manchester Centre is looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Team member to join the food and beverage team

In this role you will be responsible for providing food and drink service in all areas of our busy operation. This will include breakfast, lunch and assisting in our new catering outlet - ''eXchange Food and Drink lounge''

You will contribute to our success by providing a memorable, friendly and personable experience for our guests

Service, team work, attention to detail, reliability and punctuality are the key watchwords when working as part of our team

Shifts will include a variety of start times based on a roster and include early morning, weekend and evenings

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm welcome for guests and making recommendations from the menu/ drinks list if requested.
• Providing an excellent customer service that anticipates individual guest needs.
• Serving diners and presenting food and drinks at the table in a established professional manner.
• Making recommendations of which wine to accompany guest meals.
• Preparing and setting tables for the next guests and ensure the service area is welcoming and well presented
• Ensuring the food service area is left clean and tidying once all the guests have left.
• Providing drinks service to the tables in the bar, as required and ensuring guests are attended to through out their visit

• Copes well under pressure it does get busy and this the key to a well run and seamless service
• Strong sense of ethics.
• Autonomous and sense of responsibility.
