Key tasks

MISSION
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and Ibis Rotorua Lakeside.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring that professional delivery of service is seamless for our guests.

• Assist with the day to day management of Restaurant, Bar and Conference operations
• Happy, friendly and helpful attitude to fellow team members and guests
• Enthusiasm and commitment to deliver exceptional service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High Standard of personal presentation
